We were founded in September 2007, and we have been building robust, scalable custom software application for our customers since day one. We are always looking for better ways of building software and in 2009; successfully transitioned to Behavior Driven Development. This transition has added a huge boost to our code maintenance and quality.

Defining the scope of each project is the single most critical aspect for a successful project. It is important that all parties are crystal clear to what is expected before any project is started.

Breaking the high level requirements into features that can be easily understood by the development team and project management team can create a measurable project delivers results on time.

The development team must deliver feature by feature to the project management team for approval.
- 4. User Acceptance Testing

It is critical that the project manager, stakeholders, and intended users review the new features and accept them, or make modifications.
- 5. Release

Every week the development team will release a new set of features to the staging server, and the project management team, and stakeholders should review and determine when to release to production.
- 6. Maintain

It is very important to work out a software maintenance agreement at the beginning of the project, the standard agreement is approximately 18% of overall cost per year.
